- Booking with us is very easy and simple, we just need your details, or simply fill in online.
- If you would like to book a personal meeting you must call in advance.
- All the services are provided by Alves Rodrigues & Spinola LTD.
- The total Payment are done directly on PayPal, or to the driver at the end of the service .
- In case of cancellation of the service booked and payed online you should contact us with at
least 48 hours in advance to be reimbursed.
- We are not responsable for lost itens in the cars or on the places.
- We decline any responsability for delays that are caused by influence of events beyound our control .
- All our passengers are fully insured when travelling by our taxis, our drivers and taxis are
licensed by the DRTT the entity responsible for Transport in Madeira.
- All Taxi Trips or Island Tours the start location is always in Funchal, Attention: to other locations will be charged a fee to the kilometer
- All the prices they are based on km and hour price 20€
- There are no hidden and extras costs, or night charges when booked online. All taxis are
equipped with taximeter for regular taxi service.
- We can provide children’s booster seat or baby seat free of Charge.
- Once you land in Madeira airport or arrive on the harbour of Funchal, in any off the hotels or
accommodation, just look for one of our representatives holding a sign with your name on it.
- Once you book with us you will get an SMS or email with all the details including time of pick up as per
